We work with carefully-selected partners for a range of purposes. All external suppliers must pass our rigorous safeguarding requirements.

We use Time Plan to support us with supply teacher cover in instances where we aren't able to facilitate internal arrangements.

We know that relationships with pupils a driving factor in securing successful outcomes, therefore we try to limit cover where necessary.

Where we do need to use agency staff, we do so in the confidence and knowledge that they are suitable to work with children, undergoing extensive safeguarding and vetting checks.

New Forest Child Care run independently of Oakfield, but provide before-school, after-school, and holiday childcare for us on-site.

Zuko Sports has been running in Hampshire for over 10 years and our relationship at Oakfield started in 2020.

Joe Maxwell and his team run clubs and events at Oakfield after school and during the holidays.

All staff at Zuko Sports have the necessary checks and vetting to ensure they are suitable to work with children.

Canon Business Centre provide and maintain our photocopying equipment. Based in Totton, we have a local and strong relationship together and all staff visiting schools are checked to ensure they are suitable to work with children.
